Boatz was a southern pop/rock and roll quartet from the past due ’70s composed of Pete Carr (electric guitar; formerly from the LeBlanc & Carr Music group), Gary Baker (bass, vocals), Thom Flora (keyboards, vocals), and Rick Powell (drums). They produced one record for Capricorn Information in 1979.
