Anneleen Lenaerts

Belgian harpist Anneleen Lenaerts studied with Lieve Robbroeckx and attended the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, where she also took classes in harmony, counterpoint, and fugue. Lenaerts shifted to Paris to keep her harp research on the École Normale de Musique with Isabelle Perrin. She received the Flemish Government’s Youthful Talented Musicians scholarship or grant in 2004, and in 2006 she was honored the International Cultural Award for Youth with the Governor of Decrease and Top Normandy. She received a scholarship or grant through the Horlait-Dapsens Artistic Base in 2007, as well as the Lunssens and truck Straelen Awards in 2008. She continuing learning with harpist Jana Bouskova, and gained her master’s level in 2008. Lenaerts provides performed using the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, the Philadelphia Chamber Orchestra, the Brussels Philharmonic Orchestra, the Salzburg Mozarteum Orchestra, the Polish Country wide Radio Symphony Orchestra, Collegium Musicum Basel, as well as the Country wide Orchestra of Belgium. She became the main harpist for the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra as well as the Vienna Condition Opera this year 2010. Lenaerts also performs inside a duo with clarinetist Dionysis Grammenos. She’s documented for Aliud Information and Warner Classics.
