Gordon Alexander released an obscure vocalist/songwriter album combining slightly trippy lyrical sensibilities with an increase of pop-friendly plans in 1968, Gordon’s Buster. Its pretty lush orchestral horns and strings had been arranged and carried out by David Angel, who’d carried out the same jobs for Love’s Forever Adjustments recording, though Gordon’s Buster wasn’t near to the quality of Forever Adjustments in any division.
