Masterminds

Masterminds is a fresh York rhyme group, made up of Oracle, Kimani, and Epod, a trio of rappers who have met as college students at Wesleyan College or university in 1994. They certainly are a throwback towards the past due-’80s hip-hop period, but at exactly the same time they provide a futuristic lyrical demonstration that’s quite refreshing. Masterminds released Underground Railroad, their debut recording, in 2000, adopted two years later on by Stone World.
