Lost Century

During the period of their altogether brief and overlooked career, Düsseldorf, Germany’s Lost Century combined later-’80s thrash chops and early-’90s progressive steel technique with rather intriguing and frequently groundbreaking benefits, but unfortunately very little commercial appeal. Produced in 1991 by vocalist Andreas Lohse, the group implemented that same year’s grammatically challenged “Miserality” demonstration with 1993’s self-released Organic Process of Development EP, which, in turn, led to a cope with unbiased T&T Information for the discharge of 1994’s Organic Microcosm record. Having currently solidified Shed Century’s lineup by adding business lead guitarist Jens Schafer, tempo guitarist Martin Bayer, bassist Rudi Görg, and drummer Jason Kubke before the album’s saving, Lohse proceeded to business lead the band from tour across Germany to get Coroner and Poltergeist, before time for the studio to begin with focusing on 1995’s Poetic Atmosphere of Periods LP. However when this record also didn’t attain anything beyond paltry product sales and some good testimonials, Lohse made a decision to disband Lost Hundred years and converted his concentrate to a parallel task named Idea Sphere.
