Champale

Created in 1998, Champale performs laid-back chamber pop with tastes of roots rock and roll and great old-fashioned indie rock and roll. The group was originally a trio comprising singer/songwriter/guitarist Tag Rozzo, bassist David Voigt, and Luna’s drummer extraordinaire Lee Wall structure. The trio grew a lot with the addition of David Knowles (trumpet), Andrew Innes (saxophone), Jason Glasser (cello and violin), Erin Elstner (vibraphone noises), and finally Ira Elliot (from Nada Browse), took at the drum package. Everything was set up for his or her 2001 debut, Basic Days.
