Venezuelan three-piece rock-band Claroscuro was shaped in 1992 by regional bassist Miguel Delgado, Colombian guitarist Carlos Reyes, and Argentinean drummer Javier Weyler. In 1993, the Latin rock and roll threesome documented a four-track self-titled EP, accompanied by the discharge of Claroscuro’s 1st album, Un Viaje De Una Vida, released by 3rd party label Cygnus in 1995, obtaining the video for “Mantarraya,” rotated by MTV Latino. In 1997, the group effectively performed at Bogota’s Rock and roll Al Parque, immediately after becoming nominated for Greatest Live Work in the band’s indigenous country.
