Western world Coastline gangsta rap trio 3X Krazy rose from Oakland together with a small influx of various other similar-minded groups through the mid-’90s and retained its hardcore slant through the entire decade seeing that its group people broke away for respective single careers. Made up of B.A., Agerman, and Keak da Sneak, 3X Krazy debuted in 1995 using the Sick-O EP, which depicted the people in straight coats for the cover. 2 yrs afterwards, 3X Krazy came back using its full-length debut, Stackin Potato chips (1997), which highlighted big-name guests Yukmouth and E-40. Released by Noo Trybe, which got major-label affiliations with Virgin at that time, Stackin Potato chips earned 3X Krazy a substantial fan base for the Western world Coast, as well as the group responded with two even more albums: Immortalized (1999) and Genuine Chat 2000 (2000). At this time, the group people began breaking apart for solo projects, Keak da Sneak’s getting the most successful. In the in the meantime, two best-of choices appeared, 20th Hundred years (2000) and Greatest of 3x Krazy, Vol. 2 (2002), both which had been spotty and non-comprehensive.
