Zenttric

Zenttric shaped in Dec 2005, when guitarist Mikel Otero and drummer Javi Moe began writing songs together in Bilbao, Spain. After vocalist Gutxi Bibang and bassist Jorge Murillo became a member of the lineup in early 2006, Zenttric — whose name can be an abbreviation of “excéntrico,” the Spanish phrase for “eccentric” — started uploading their lively pop music to MySpace. MySpace helped the music group create a wide market beyond Bilbao, and by June 2007, the music group had recognition enough to open up for the Moving Rocks at Anoeta Stadium. 2 yrs later on, they released a self-titled debut recording, which earned many nominations in the Spanish Music Honours and spawned the favorite solitary “Sólo Quiero Bailar.” Otero and Murillo remaining the lineup before Zenttric’s following release, Tripolar.
