World music music group Zebula Avenue were formed by it is leader, vocalist/songwriter/guitarist Gail Baker, beneath the name 47UMa in Detroit, MI, in 1996. The group experienced several configurations and released a self-titled debut record in 2002 before changing into Zebula Avenue, using a lineup that included performers Maureen Honoré and Maggie McCabe, guitarist Adam Niemi, bassist Greg Nance, drummer Sandy Lovely, and percussionist Mahindi Masai. Zebula Avenue released Lifestyle Will Be Great on Megawave Information on August 21, 2007.
