Winterbrief

With their usage of twining together abrasive melodies, digital overtones and much theme of political commentaries, the Washington DC duo Winterbrief found themselves set alongside the likes of Bis, Yummy Fur and Red Monkey amongst other British counterparts the band looked up to. Made up of users Jan and Julian, who deal with from guitars, vocals, synthesizers and drum encoding, Winterbrief utilized this formula on the debut full-length Problems From THE WONDER Class thanks to Hub City Information. Immediately after the albums 1998 discharge, the band shortly re-located to Philadelphia, however, not before contributing music to several compilations released by Pal, Shirley Coffee beans and Tapegun Information.
