Wannabes

Hunter Darby (bass, vocals) and Jennings Crawford (electric guitar, vocals) met in a Foot. Worth senior high school and started playing jointly. The Wannabes coalesced at Tx Christian, but present guitarist Kevin Carney and drummer Thad Swiderski became a member of later. The music group then begun to hone their audio, an early on Replacements-inspired fuzz-rock. Following a ten-song cassette (Lucky Pierre), the music group released the “Deceased True” solitary in 1992 and later on their debut recording for national launch, Mod Flower Wedding cake (1994), for DejaDisc.
