Vallens may be the shoegaze-oriented single task of Toronto-based vocalist/guitarist Robyn Phillips. After completing her 1st LP with Psychic Television member Jeff Berner in Brooklyn, she joined up with the roster of Canadian indie label Hands Drawn Dracula and released her 1st solitary, “Tennessee Haze,” in past due 2015.
