Uncle Wiggly

THE BRAND NEW York City-based trio Uncle Wiggly originally formed in 1989, and includes members William Berger (guitar and drums), Michael Anzalone (bass and guitar), and Adam Kavoussi (drums and guitar), with all three sharing vocals. Blending concise alt-pop music with some vintage psychedelia straight from the ’60s, Uncle Wiggly released their debut record, He Went There WHY Don’t We Move, a year down the road the indie Austrian label Nur Sch Information, before putting your signature on on with Shimmy Disk, which released the trio’s following two produces: 1991’s Over the Area and INTO THE Lap and 1992’s THERE IS an Elk. The trio released a 12″ EP entitled Non Stuff in 1995, in addition to their 4th full-length release general, Jump Back again, Baby, in 1996.
