Featuring associates of Yes, King Crimson, Roxy Music, and Soft Piece of equipment, U.K. was perhaps one of the most prominent progressive rock and roll supergroups from the later ’70s. Various associates of U.K. — guitarist Allan Holdsworth, keyboardist/violinist Eddie Jobson, bassist/vocalist John Wetton, and drummer Costs Bruford — acquired all played jointly in their prior bands, however when the group produced in 1977, it had been the very first time every one of the music artists had played jointly.
