Vocalist/songwriters Jamie Elliott and Hannah Walker formed the Canadian origins folk duo Twin Bandit in 2013. Located in Vancouver, B.C., both started writing songs collectively and playing locally, earning over audiences using their crystalline harmonies and wistful Americana audio. They eventually authorized using the Nettwerk label and started recording with maker Jonathan Anderson (Stated the Whale, Aidan Knight). Their debut recording, For You, found its way to July 2015.
