Radio 4

Radio 4 produced their LA debut in early 1997 seeing that the four-piece induced their synth pop of sloppy indie that looked up to Pavement, Stereolab, the Beatles, and Created to Spill. Ultimately comprising Micah Calabrese, Anh Quach, David Franklin, and Kangmin Shin after many lineup adjustments, Radio 4’s debut EP, I’m Peeing Micah, was self-released the entire year they met up. But by enough time the music group contributed towards the 1999 Kittridge Information compilation Sidewalk Chalk Escapades — using their ironically entitled song “Figure It’s Over” — inner conflicts and the actual fact that there is another music group known as Radio 4 broke the music group up in 1999.
