THE BRAND NEW York City-based rock trio the stunning formed in 1988 in the remnants of the group Nasty Behaviors, and comprised vocalist/guitarist Jonathan Lacey, bassist Perry Bottke and drummer Frank Ferrer. After debuting using the cassette-only EP Pandemonium, the stunning agreed upon to the Warner Bros. imprint Large before issuing the follow-up, an eponymously entitled five-song work from 1990. Their full-length debut, Storybook, made an appearance a year afterwards, but legal inconveniences and label fights prompted the stunning to disband in 1993; by 1996, nevertheless, the trio acquired re-formed and came back to the studio room.
