Sunday Girl

Named following the label directed at her by her former pet store colleagues, rather than the Blondie song, Weekend Girl is certainly folk-electronica singer/songwriter Jade Williams. Delivered in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire in 1988, Williams created a like of performing from an early on age group but, crippled by shyness, she was taken up to a hypnotherapist by her mom at 17 within a bet to get rid of her stage fright, a move that afterwards provided her the courage to execute in various addresses bands. After learning style at Wimbledon University of Arts, she agreed upon a cope with Geffen Information and released her initial single, “Four Flooring,” this year 2010. Carrying out a cover of Laura Branigan’s “Personal Control,” she backed Ellie Goulding on her behalf Lighting tour and caused Diplo (Robyn) and Jim Elliot (Kylie, Ladyhawke) on her behalf debut album.
