Stone Jack Jones

The descendant of four generations of coal miners, Rock Jack Jones grew up in Buffalo Creek, WV. Understanding how to play fiddle, he eschewed the miner’s lifestyle for that of the itinerant musician, although he was also utilized beyond music at several times, once also owning a remove club for quite some time. In the first ’80s, he fronted a rock-band known as Kaos in Atlanta, GA. Ultimately, he resolved in Nashville, where he befriended Patty Griffin and toured with her. He also struck up a romantic relationship with manufacturer Roger Moutenot that resulted in the documenting and discharge of his debut record, Narcotic Lollipop. Bluefolk, released on Moutenot’s Fictitious Information label, implemented in Feb 2006.
