Miss Pussycat

Whimsical yet thought-provoking puppeteer and visible and recording artist Miss Pussycat (aka Panacea Theriac) was created and raised in Antlers, Oklahoma. She started creating young, influenced by her father’s paintings and her amount of time in her church’s Christian Puppet Youngsters Ministry. After learning art in university, she shifted to New Orleans, where she staged puppet displays in her home and ran the Pussycat Caverns, an underground nightclub. It had been after that that she fulfilled her innovative and passionate partner, Quintron, with whom she started collaborating in the middle-’90s. Along with focusing on Quintron’s music and concerts, she released many albums with her puppet music group Flossie & the Unicorns (1996’s Magic formula Objective, 1998’s L M N O P, and 2003’s The Pets’ Clubhouse) and developed movies including 2005’s Electric powered Swamp, that was released with Quintron’s recording from that yr, Swamp Tech.
