Ex – pub-rock crusty and journalist supremo Kris Requirements weighed in along with his applying for grants the acid-house motion by saving for Deconstruction and Sabres of Heaven Records as Key Knowledge. Probably better recognized to the dance public as a favorite tour DJ (with everyone through the Orb to Primal Scream towards the Prodigy), Requirements was buying information from an early on age.
