Husband-and-wife folk-pop duo Sarah Lee Guthrie & Johnny Irion both got creative family members pedigrees and ongoing single musical careers if they fulfilled in LA through a shared friend, Chris Robinson from the Dark Crowes. Guthrie was the girl of Arlo Guthrie as well as the granddaughter of Woody Guthrie, while Irion originated from a family group of music artists and got an uncle, article writer Thomas Steinbeck, who was simply the boy of novelist John Steinbeck. Guthrie and Irion wedded in 1999 and initial started performing jointly being a duo in 2000, where their refreshing and delightful mixture of traditional folk, thoughtful first tracks, solid vocal harmonies, along with a knack for storytelling produced them a celebration favorite.
