Vivian Stanshall and Neil Innes are often credited because the best creative forces within the Bonzo Pup Doo Dah Music group, but founder-member Roger Ruskin Spear also produced substantial contributions. Furthermore to playing many equipment (most prominently saxophone) and devising imaginative robots and stage props because of their live shows, Spear wrote several their wittiest early music, “Trouser Press” and “Top.” He released several solo information in the first 1970s, even starting for the Who on the 1971 Western european tour.
