Regi

Belgian trance and electronica producer and DJ Regi Penxten was created in Hasselt in March 4, 1976. He started experimenting with noises as a kid, and finally released his initial EP of documented works at age 18. He’s a member from the membership/dance outfit Dairy Inc., which rose to prominence upon the discharge of their strike solitary “La Vache” in 1997. More than another ten-plus years, Regi — as he’d eventually be known as — extended his output to add high-profile DJ looks, aswell as the 1st in some live Dairy Inc. displays in 2006. His 1st solo recording, REGIstrated, premiered in 2007, and helped to help expand cement his status and position in the local dance/house scene.
