A protégé of artist/manufacturer Teddy Riley, rapper Queen Pencil first surfaced to provide a memorable rap for the chart-topping BLACKstreet smash “No Diggity.” Agreed upon to Riley’s Lil’ Man label, she produced her single debut with 1997’s My Melody, which Riley also created.
