The fun-loving indie electronic outfit Peachcake formed in Carefree Creek, AZ, in the wintertime of 2003 like a collaboration between Stefan “Space Panda” Pruett and John “DJ JohnO” O’Keefe. Within their concert events, Peachcake’s audio was curved out by way of a revolving cast of character types who included David Halicky, Mike McHale, Josh Carro, Jessy Meeker, Tanner Menard, and Jake Ricker. Peachcake’s debut EP, String Letter, premiered on Traditional western Tread in 2004. During the period of another four years, the music group transformed from a casual project right into a full-blown nationwide take action, with Peachcake producing looks at SXSW and on the Warped Tour, and finally earning the sponsorship of Jones Soda pop. Peachcake’s second EP, the wryly entitled We Should’ve By no means Released This, strike shops in 2006, and their debut full-length, What 12 months Will You Possess the World, arrived two years later on.
