Niels Vincentz

Niels Vincentz can be an adventurous, forward-thinking saxophonist having a bent toward harmonically advanced contemporary creative jazz. Created in Bridgeport, Connecticut, Vincentz was raised in Denmark. While learning music in university, he spent period living in NEW YORK and eventually resolved in Djursland, Denmark. Vincentz offers several game titles under his name, including 1999’s YOU MUSTN’T Do This IF YOU’RE in a rush, 2005’s Butterfly Impact, and 2008’s Artwork Nouveau. Since 2012, Vincentz offers toured regularly along with his trio offering drummer Billy Hart and bassist Cameron Dark brown, a combo that released 2012’s Early Reflections and 2013’s Gravity. In 2014, Vincentz and his trio came back with Is usually That Therefore?, which also presented trumpeter Tom Harrell.
