Mezzo-soprano Michelle DeYoung has generated herself in hardly a decade among the most prodigiously talented performers of her era — zero mean feat within an era where classical music appears a lot more marginalized inside our culture, and therefore hard-pressed to look for exciting new personalities and performers.
