Teenager pop singer Michael Fredo was created and raised in upstate NY, beginning his performing career at age eight. A onetime soprano in his cathedral choir, after his tone of voice changed Fredo started singing with an area folk-rock group; he ultimately relocated to NEW YORK to study traditional music on the Professional Children’s College, next spending per year as a highlighted vocalist using the Duke Ellington Orchestra. At a celebration in LA, Fredo met manufacturer Quincy Jones, who quickly agreed upon the youngster to his Qwest label; after spending the summertime of 1999 touring to get Britney Spears, he released his debut LP Presenting Michael Fredo that fall.
