Most widely known for his function as the business lead vocalist of Christian pop group Sanctus True, guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter Matt Hammitt formed the group with fellow guitarist Christ Rohman in 1996 even though both were tenth graders in Toledo Christian College. With Hammitt managing lead vocals, the duo added drummer Tag Graalman and bassist Steve Goodrum, and released three indie albums of power pop (ALL OF THIS Speak of Aliens in 1998, Message for the Public in 1999, and Nil to lose in 2001) before putting your signature on with Sparrow Information, resulting in 2002’s State It Loud, that was made by Pete Stewart. A five-song EP product to say this Loud, entitled SVERIGEEP, made an appearance in 2003, with another full-length work on Sparrow, the Tedd T.-produced Battle the Tide, arriving in 2004. Carrying on to generate its very own make of earnestly redemptive pop, the music group released WE ARE IN NEED OF ONE ANOTHER in 2008 and Bits of a Real Center this year 2010. Hammitt stepped beyond your group release a a debut single album, Every Dropping Rip, in 2011.
