Marion Meadows

Simple jazz-styled soprano saxophonist Marion Meadows was created in Western Virginia and raised primarily in Connecticut; after implementing the traditional clarinet at age group nine, he transferred to the saxophone as a teenager, later studying structure and organizing at Boston’s Berklee University of Music. A protege of Joe Henderson and Eddie Daniels, Meadows afterwards served an extended stint as an associate of Norman Connors’ Starship Orchestra; following a series of program schedules and sideman gigs, he produced his single debut in 1990 using the RCA discharge For Lovers Just, implemented in 1992 by Maintain It THERE. Resurfacing 2 yrs afterwards with Forbidden Fruits, after 1995’s Body Tempo Meadows jumped to Breakthrough to concern 1997’s Pleasure. Then moved to Minds Up for Another Aspect of Midnight (1999), Following FOR YOU (2000), and In Deep (2002).
