Lorenzo

A slower jam specialist from Havana, FL, a little town beyond Tallahassee. A previous high school sportsman, Lorenzo Smith provides that rugged appearance and build young ladies love. The solid gospel impact in his phrasing and delivery originates from his family’s cathedral root base. His early musical affects includedMichael Jackson, Un Debarge, and New Model, but he couldn’t help getting swayed by Otis Redding, Adam Dark brown, and Sam Cooke, his mom’s favorites. Afterwards influences, the metropolitan spirit giants’: Luther Vandross, Freddy Jackson, Will Downing, among others. Lorenzo trim his first record Let Me DEMONSTRATE, with Alpha International Productions who designated the distribution to CEMA Information. The one “Tic Tok” produced some local sound but hardly ever really got off the bottom. His second LP fell on Alpha International Information when he was 19, the self entitled Lorenzo is normally his best-selling LP, spawning the strikes “Real Appreciate,” and “I CANNOT Stand The Discomfort.” Lorenzo also composed two of the music “My Appreciate,” and “Natashall.” Disputes with Alpha International a.k.a. Alpha Staff triggered a three-year limbo between albums. His last Compact disc Appreciate On My Brain, felled on Luke Campbell’s Luke Information in 1995; he also added vocals to Campbell’s Uncle Luke Compact disc before fading into obscurity.
