Five months following Currensy released Weekend at Burnie’s for Warner Bros., the Louisiana rapper released the independent disk Jet World Purchase, acknowledged to his Plane Life staff. The album highlighted Currensy on a small number of tracks, as the remaining rhyming duties had been split between Brand da Skydiver and Youthful Roddy, along with one features from Nesby Phips, the Great Children’ Mikey Stones, Smoke cigarettes DZA, Fiend, Part Boy P, and Road Wiz. The carefree record was made by a small number of statistics, with Monsta Beatz (four monitors) and Spanish trio Cookin’ Soul (three monitors) one of the most prominent. It debuted and peaked at amount 148 in the Billboard 200 albums graph.
