J.J. Wiggins

Also called Hassan J.J. Wiggins and Hassan Shakur, the bassist provides led his very own trio and performed in an organization with his dad, the observed jazz pianist Gerry Wiggins. In 1972, while still in his teenagers, Wiggins performed for the Billie Vacation tribute record With Billie at heart under the command of the renowned golf swing pianist Teddy Wilson. From 1974 he caused the Duke Ellington Orchestra beneath the path of Mercer Ellington. He afterwards performed using the pianist Monty Alexander as well as the trombonist Al Gray, amongst others. Wiggins also performed for the soundtrack towards the 1989 film, “The Fabulous Baker Young boys.”
