The Puerto Rican salsa quartet Isla Caliente began recording within the mid-’90s and issued two albums, MANUFACTURED IN Puerto Rico and Preparen Candela, for the Mangu label. They came back in 2000 using the battle from the bands launch Frente A Frente” Conjunto Imagen Vs. Isla Caliente.
