Have Mercy

Have Mercy certainly are a four-piece indie rock-band from Baltimore, Maryland. Affected by a number of post-hardcore and emo functions, vocalist/guitarist Brian Swindle, guitarist Andrew Johnson, bassist Nick Woolford, and drummer Todd Wallace released their 1st EP, My Oldest Friend, in early 2012. Mixing warm acoustic shades and solid vocals with weighty emo components, the band released several D.We.Y. trips, quickly creating a nationwide presence. Putting your signature on with Boston indie Topshelf Information, they released their debut recording, The Earth Forced Back, in-may 2013. The recording was well received by critics and followers as well, and in 2014, Possess Mercy authorized with vaunted indie Hopeless Information, which released their second LP, Host to Our Own, later on that year. Dealing with suppliers Paul Leavitt (All Period Low) and Brian McTernan (Thrice), Swindle and a revolving crew documented the band’s Hopeless follow-up, Make the very best of It, that was released in early 2017.
