El Club de los Poetas Violentos

Spanish hip-hop pioneer Un Membership de los Poetas Violentos, also called CPV, produced its live debut in 1993, creating an instantaneous rap revolution throughout Spain. A season afterwards, DJ Jotamayuscula, along with MCs Frank-T, Kamikaze, Paco, Meswy, and Nafri, documented their first record, known as Madrid Zona Bruta, released by Yo Gano. In 1996, Frank-T made a decision to keep the act to start out his solo profession. That same season, CPV founded its label, Zona Bruta, documenting La Saga Continua in 1997, shifting to NY in 1998 to create Grandes Planes.
