Dylan Howe

b. 4 August 1969, London, Britain. Howe noticed music from an early on age (his dad, guitarist Steve Howe, used rock-band Yes) and he used the drums at age 10, acquiring lessons with another Yes member Expenses Bruford, and Bob Armstrong. Although willing towards rock, hearing Kilometers Davis and John Coltrane and viewing and hearing Friend High at Ronnie Scott’s golf club at age 13 led to a big change of path and produced a desire to become professional jazz drummer. During his teenagers, Howe gigged at London night clubs, helping run classes at Soho’s The Shack in the first 90s.
