Donald Brian

b. 17 Feb 1877, St. John’s, Newfoundland, d. 22 Dec 1948, Great Throat, NY, USA. An professional, dancer, and vocalist, who is generally described by those that noticed him as ‘good-looking, with a circular, dimpled encounter and wavy locks.’ After moving to the united states, Brian played in a few direct and music provincial productions, like the Chaperons, prior to making his initial musical appearances in Broadway at the wintertime Garden on the top of the brand new York Theatre in two frothy confections, The Supper Membership (1901) as well as the Belle Of Broadway (1902).
