An AOR music group that got a little taste of achievement in the first ’80s, the Thrills shaped in Penn Hillsides, PA. Composed of Tony Monaco (keyboards and vocals), Dave Fullerton (guitars and vocals), Expenses Gilbert (bass and vocals), and Rob Owens (drums), the music group would relocate to NEW YORK in 1977.
