De Kast

Dutch midtempo rock and roll device De Kast was shaped by vocalist Syb truck der Ploeg, guitarist Peter truck der Ploeg, bassist Sytse Broersma, drummer Nico Outhuijse, and key pad participant Kees Bode. The group initial strike their country’s graphs in 1997 using the record Niets Te Verliezen, made by Henk Temming. Their initial platinum record, it was been successful by 1998’s Noorderzon and 1999’s Onvoorspelbaar, both which proceeded to go platinum aswell. The group’s first lineup split up in 2002, with Syb truck der Ploeg and Nico Outhuijse heading on to type Spanner as the rest of De Kast added vocalist Jan Tekstra and drummer Fokke de Jong. Through the 2000s, the music group was less energetic, but released Met Andere Ogen in 2001 and Welkom Thuis this year 2010.
