This Californian quintet specialized in sophisticated rock, using a distinctly commercial pop edge. Shaped in 1986, the music group comprised Costs Trudel (vocals), Stuart Mathis (electric guitar), Peter McLan (keyboards), Wade Biery (bass) and Jerry Speiser (drums). Highly inspired by Toto, Kansas and Mr. Mister, they debuted in 1987 with Base, but split soon after the record’s discharge. Trudel continued to utilize ex-Jeff Paris musician Michael Thompson, while McLan managed production responsibilities for Men AT THE JOB.
