A Toronto-based self-proclaimed “nu-funk” collective (by 2008, the group numbered 9, and that amount included Kaybe and Lynzie Kent on vocals, Phatt on raps, Danny Argyle on bass, Cam Dougall on electric guitar, trumpeter Affluent Grossman, Benji Perosin on sax, and Arthur Kerekes on drums), God Made Me personally Funky were originally an instrumental task that had to defend myself against vocalists to be able to enhance the band’s addresses repertoire.
