Chainsaw Jazz

Washington, D.C.-centered Chainsaw Jazz was shaped in 1989 by Paul Sears and Mark Smoot. Sears is most beneficial referred to as the drummer from the Muffins from 1976 through 1981. He spent some time working with such music artists as Fred Frith, Peter Blegvad, Expenses Laswell, Yochk’o Seffer, and John Greaves. Bassist Tag Smoot has used Clockhammer, Clutch, Jaws of Existence, and Theresa Gunn, and offers created and released a single recording, The Attic. Smoot also worked well as an unbiased record maker and went his own saving studio. Tag Gilbert (saxophone and clarinet) can be a session participant that has toured and/or documented using the Temptations, the Four Tops, Gladys Knight, Cab Calloway, Main Guy Slim, the Windmill Sax Quartet, and Difficulty Funk. Ed Maguire (violin and electrical mandolin) studied structure at Columbia School. He regularly toured Asia with Jack port Lee and Chico Freeman. A previous pupil of Jaco Pastorius, Maguire can be an achieved bassist. Christian Nagle (electric guitar) was the first choice of the group Harvest, and performed with the choice rock-band Clockhammer. Tag Stanley (electric guitar) went to Berklee University of Music in Boston, and used Clutch and Jaws of Lifestyle.
