Produced in Toronto as the Spasstiks in 1964, vocalist Jim Campbell, bassist Graham Fidler, guitarists Mike McQueen and Gary O’Connor, and drummer Phil Mulholland transformed their name to Pet cat four years later on. The music group released just a few singles from 1968 to 1971 (including “WE ARE ALL in This Jointly”) and split up in 1972. O’Connor acquired a brief single career in the first ’80s; Graham Fidler, McQueen and Mulholland afterwards became associates of Fast Eddie.
