C-Rayz Walz

Socially conscious and an experienced freestyler, underground rapper C-Rayz Walz participated in open-mike nights about NEW YORK before hooking using the Stronghold collective. Walz’s first performances included mixtapes, an AWOL newspaper compilation, and One Minded Advantages’ Program 2 EP. A demo-filled debut record, The Prelude, made an appearance by himself Sun Routine Entertainment imprint in past due 2001 and quickly caught the eye of the people at Definitive Jux. A visitor feature on Cannibal Ox’s The Cool Vein with fellow Stronghold member L.We.F.E. and an appearance on Aesop Rock’s Labor Times kicked away his relationship using the label.
