A purported straight-edge metalcore quintet from Boston, Dark My Heart was formed in 2003 by splinter associates of On Broken Wings, and after saving an unbiased five-track EP entitled Fuck Hearts, vocalist Wheeler, guitarists Tyler Joutras and Rob Wolfe, bassist Ben Snodgrass, and drummer Keith Dece signed with Eulogy Recordings in 2005 for the full-length LP, Prior to the Devil.
