Art Decade

Acquiring their name from an instrumental cut on David Bowie’s Low, and focusing on big, anthemic, prog-tinged orchestral indie rock and roll in the vein of artists like Muse as well as the Mars Volta, Boston’s Art Decade created in 2008 round the talents of Berklee Classes of Music grad Ben Talmi (guitarist, vocalist, and arranger) and Canadian bass player Binod Singh. The music group issued a set of EPs in 2008 before unleashing 2011’s Traditional western Sunrise, their well-received debut long-player. The ambitious solitary “No One’s Waiting around” premiered in 2013, accompanied by the band’s self-titled sophomore LP in early 2014.
