Arranco

The samba vocal group Arranco was formed in 1996 as Arranco de Varsóvia. The group is aimed at authenticity, innovating within their interpretations for older samba classics. That 1st formation contains Muri Costa, Zélia Duncan, Paulo Malaguti, Soraya Ravenle, and Eveline Hecker. With Duncan’s departure, the group was became a member of by Rita Peixoto. Their 1st recording,Quem É de Sambar, premiered in 1997. The next one, Samba de Cartola, was focused on the fantastic composer and got excellent evaluations. Jurema de Cândio changed Soraya Ravenle in 1999.
